Dinner with the folks

I was invited to join my folks and some friends visiting from UT for dinner on Thursday so I will not be making it.

Chris, I will need to pick up my mushrooms some other time or you could always leave them on my deck if you are in the neighborhood. Thanks for getting them from Nicole.

I will not be making it this week

The president of he company is coming to the store on Friday so I (along with the other supervisors) are all scheduled to close thursday to make sure the store looks its best as our store will be the second one he comes too. Way to close to the airport.
I will not be there the next week either as we are taking Ry for the weekend and my mom will be bringing her down from walker on that thursday at about 7:30-8:00 and I have to pick the munchkin up. They have been up there for 3 weeks now and we miss her terribly so I can't wait to see her. See you all in a couple of weeks

In need of a swift.

If someone would bring a swift this week I would really appreciate it. I have a bunch of yarn to wind. So when I decide what to do with it I can start.

I also need a new project idea. Socks just do not sound fun after the shawl.

This is the attraction at the Dells that I was talking about at knitting last night. The pictures do not do justice to how bizarre it is in person.

It appears that it is not a popular attraction, at least according to the reviews, so please do not take my mention as a recommendation.

I will not have the shawl done by thursday. I need help understanding how to do the ends. I am so sad I was hoping to be done. :(:(:(:(:(

The shawl is on the last leg

I have finished the body of the shawl tonight. Tomorrow I will start on the ends. So I was wondering if Chris Could you bring the blocking rods on thursday. I am hoping to be done by then or at least the weekend.
